Saturday: 11:00 am – 8:00 pm
Sunday: 11:00 am – 5:00 pm
Applications accepted: 75
Jury date: (no jury fee) March 14, 2008 - a few spaces still available - please apply
Acceptance mailed: March 24, 2008
Show fee: $250 for 10 x 10 $500 for 20 x 10
Deposit required: $50 with application (refundable until April 15,
2008)
Balance due: May 15, 2008
SET-UP:
Friday afternoon and Saturday morning (specific times to be
announced)
AMENITIES:
• Easy set-up and tear down.
• Electric provided at no charge to exhibitors for demonstration
(water fountains, lamps, etc.)
• Full-color promotional mailers and handouts provided at no charge
• Booth-sitters.
• Free admission.
• Free patron parking.
Entry Guidelines: All work must be original and crafted by the
artist. Please send three slides/photos of your work and one of your
overall display. Each slide must be labeled with your name in the
upper left. Jury committee may request photos of the creation of
your work. Returning exhibitors do not need to resubmit
slides/photos unless your work has changed medium or as requested by
jury.
